Our services

KIT's trade fair service supports you with a professional offer that is precisely tailored to your needs. We offer a comprehensive service for your trade fair appearance, from the first consultation to the finished trade fair stand. With flexible formats such as the mobile KIT exhibition booth, participation in a joint stand or a customized individual booth construction, we present your research visibly and convincingly.

Our offer has a modular structure and can be flexibly adapted to your needs. We would be happy to create a customized service package for you. You can find an overview of our modules with the corresponding prices in the internal price sheet (only accessible from the KIT network).

We also organize accompanying industry exhibitions for congresses or conferences at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Joint booths and funding programs

Further trade fair participations with funding from the federal government or the state of Baden-Württemberg can be found on the pages of the AUMA Association. KIT is accredited via DE Campus Services with the federal government's foreign trade fair program and is in close contact with Baden-Württemberg International and the Messearbeitskreis Wissenschaft e.V. Participation enables you to make cost-efficient and strategically placed appearances at leading international trade fairs.
